If you're looking for another sporting activity/challenge - why not join us at our Open Water Swim sessions at Pennington Flash - just off the M6 close to Warrington between Manchester and Liverpool on the East Lancs. We have sessions on a Monday and Thursday evening 17:30-19:30, Saturday mornings 08:00-10:00 and Wednesday Sunrise swim at 06:00-08:00. The venue is ideal for novice and experienced open water swimmers looking to develop their skills. The swims are £5 and you can hire a wetsuit at the venue for £10 On Thursdays we hold novice group sessions priced at £2.50 - see our Facebook page!
